We want to build an iphone app playing music and video. introducing new songs and videos for record companies outside China. our main target will be our members (mostly DJs)

on opening the app, they need to authenticate with user name and password

Then the member summary show up with icon of the lastet songs and MVs, possibly small banner for sponsors

then the app would show on list, around 10 music and mv. The list will be supplied by server by such as php call.
The member can select to play MV or music. If play music, need to show picture slide show of the artist or relevant photos.

The member can also search their archive for all the songs assigned to them. with a few ways of sorting and filter (such as this week, last week, male, female, group etc). again supplied by our dataend by php call. The server would provide necessary info such as link to the music or MV file.

The player actions will also be recorded. For each title they play, we need to know how many seconds they played before quit. It is required by the record company. The play record of time and ip would be get from server side. But the playing/stopping sequence/time would need to be grabbed by the player side.

We also need to give them a link to the selling websites in case they want to buy.
