We need a Flash Programmer that can do the exact effect and layout as following website. We will provide all photos, text and color to the developer.

Scope:
1. Build up the Flash structure that exactly same as above website
2. Two sets languages, English and Chinese (Assuming all text and Photos are load from XML)
3. No CMS required, assuming we can edit the XML to change Text and Photos for two languages
4. Please pay attention, there are a panning effect on every thumbnails
5. Must be able to finish within 2 weeks
6. Source Code required
