I am looking for a skilled programmer who can integrate FlowPlayer in the video sharing script "Social Media V2.2"
The script comes with a flash video player but it's causing too much trouble with video playback under load.

Integration FlowPlayer must meet the following requirements:
- support HTTP streaming (pseudo streaming)
- Full screen mode
- Video sizes (fit-to-window / keep aspect ratio / original)
- HD/SD switch (if HD video is available)

On top of that, the player shall be integrated in a way, that
the video source URL can be changed in one place (can be a variable
in a php file, no need for backend integration)
The idea is, I want to be able to switch easily between two different video servers without having to go through the code)
There is a plugin available (cluster plugin) which can be used to
achieve this.

I will need documentation of which files have been modified and
which files have been added (there are probably only 2-3 files
that need modification in the script).

I have a development installation of the script, so changes can be made
safely.
