I need an application for mobile phone which should send gps data to server. Idea is to fix gps data, and send it periodically to server. Also shall be possibility to send data immediately on special key press combination (alarm on) after that period of sending shall be switched to another period for some time (another profile).

The period of data sending to server for normal and alarm regimes shall be possible to set by parameters. Also by parameters shall be possible to set port and ip of server.

Also we need socket to recieve data and save it to sql. Socket may be written in java or c#.

We'd consider any of existing phone operating system or a few of them.
