Develop a city guide app of istanbul for three platforms: iPhone, iPad and Android.

It will be a complicated city guide app with restaurant, hotel etc reviews, Google maps integration, videos, monthly agenda, detailed search function, TOP 10 lists etc... It should also provide location based data (restaurants nearby etc).

We need also advices and examples from your side to create the scope of the app and to build a first class product.
