I need an experienced programmer who is capable of creating a smooth gameplay.

Designing skills is a plus!
This will be a simple game for the iphone. It will use the touch feature as the main game mechanism.
THIS NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED IN A TIMELY MANNER
-Meaning a WEEK
This is what I require:
-Someone who is capable of code work and design
- at least 300 hours on Freelancer
- 9 or 10 star ratings
-Someone who takes pride in their work and makes refined looking products (outstanding Portfolio is a must).
-Someone who is friendly and flexible
-Someone with passable English skills
-Preferably not with an agency. But, I do make acceptations for those worthy.
