Visual Search | Mobile APP

I need a team that ou can create an ANDROID and IPHONE APP that is similar to Google Googles

The app should be able to do the basic (but not limited to):

1. take a picture of an item.
2. compare image to an image database
need to be abel to use the an image search algorithm (any open source - )
3. fetch and display other information from DB.

will be connected to a web site with image database/directory.

Must have good knowledge on visual search and mobile app development (android/iphone)
