Need an android app that will allow users to register, using password and emailaddress then issues the user a pin code on success, once registered and logged in the main screen should be a map. (Google map). The user will then be able to search for friends by pin, or email address or once other users have broadcasting on from the app they should show on the map if within a certain range and should be able to respond to a friend request, should also be able to send message to person in range without them actually being a friend.

Map should have bubble with friend's picture and username etc.

This should be developed using a mssql database.

Please note attached files are in dutch and can simply be translated with google translate.
