I have 3.8 vbulletin, and according to the site 3.8 is doable for the vbulletin Mobile application.

Message center view and send messages to other members on forum.

Submit a deal button: next page would go to deal description and place to upload photo.

And on the Mobile section to have google adsense sprinkled.
