The program displays a daily prayers times, getting the timings from a web server. It should play a specific audio file whenever a prayer time is due.
The user should be able to select the city he is living in, and the software will add a specific number of minutes to original prayers times.
The software should also allow us to send notifications to the users, general text messages about moonsight and other text messages.

So I imagine the program to have only one screen, with a city selection on top, a timetable of prayer time for the day and a notification (message box) down the page.

I will supply the graphics required for the program

There is no fixed format for the web server to supply the prayer times to the program, we will agree on the later.
