I'm reposting this project because we couldn't finalize the
winner of the project last time.

We just need floor animation with staff description not other stuff in the above mentioned URL
There should be a interface where user can change the STAFF description.

We need :
1. quotation for complete project.
2. We will need 3 floors of the building (2 floors will be very similar).
- -While bidding, keep in mind that the same objects will be reused which will reduce the amount of work.

Images and the floor plan will be provided.3D objects will need to be created and the illustrations (Staff) which will be used in the project will also need to be developed.

There is a possibility that the client may return with some minor changes (wall colour etc...) which will need to be made.
Once the Project is finally deployed, there will be opportunities in the future the client comes back with some changes and we will give out further payments for any extra work done.

I would like to make sure that the Quality of the outcome for this project should be as good as the example shown above.
I would like the first floor to be Completed within 2-3 weeks.
