Looking for custom not template. I need a website designed that showcases creativity. [Look below for website samples]

I am looking for web 2.0, css with great design that includes links to facebook, blogger, and twitter links. I have the copy-writing done for the site and the photos. This site needs look amazing in design standards and easy to navigate. I would like to be able to update my site if need be, so maybe cms. I will not have more than 18 pages.

I need someone available to chat via skype, google chat, yahoo, or aim to keep me up to date on status reports on a project. Do you have a team or do you work solo? How long does it typically take you to finish concepts, revisions, and a project in a whole?
