i have a business, i would like to build a mobile app to keep posting news through it and some videos and other features.

i want it to work mainly on Blackberry and i-devices, and maybe others.

what is the best way and cost effective, to make also an online server for it where i would be editing and uploading the data the phone app will be downloading from whenever opened ?
