I need an app which can offer the opportunity to citizens to participate in a simple political poll. If the election were held today who you are voting for? There should be a poll for every province (32) and for every city/town (1042). Who can participate in the poll? Only who has downloaded the app for his smart phone. The app should have an interface or link to the official webpage of the national electoral authority where the citizen typing his/her ID number they know if they are able to vote and where. That is the first filter. The app should allow the citizen just participate in the poll one time per month. After the vote in the poll the app should allow the citizen know the result and also see the survey criteria (survey attributes). In the web you should see the results choosing the province or city/town, but nobody can participate in the poll from the web
