I need to find what options we have for creating "Bookmark this page" links in all of the following browser/devices:

Iphone 3/4 + iPad
Android standard web browser
Windows Mobile IE browser
Mobile Firefox
Opera Mini and Opera Mobile
Nokia Symbian Default Browser
Blackberry browser (to work in 3yr old models as well as latest range)
Palm Pre's browser

What I need is a method for users to bookmark a mobile WEBsite within the various mobile browsers mentioned above. For payment to be released, I am expecting a solution for all browsers/devices mentioned. Nothing more than a mechanism to embed a link in some manner into the mobile webpage, similar to the "bookmark this site" functionality available on desktop websites. I have access to a device detection database database tool, so as long as you can provide me with code and an example page that works for each, and let me know which specific device/browser it will work on, I can deal with ensuring the relevant code is shown to each device/browser at my end.

I do not expect you to integrate any code into our actual website, but do expect a working example of each hosted somewhere so I can test it across the various devices. I will also expect something like a zip file with all the relevant code examples in it that I can then use to embed into our mobile site.

I have personally seen an approach hat has worked on iPhone, but have also been told once it's not possible as well... So I'm looking for creative workarounds here, if standard functionality is not available. If there's a way of creating a small program/widget that does what I need rather than just a javascript link, then I want to know about it...
