Pls note the requirements below as what needs to be done.

1. The black box infront will have flash and will change 4 pictures
2. The buttons will illuminate when the cursor is moved on it.
3. Search box will search any keywords from the website
4. When you click register now. It will open registration form.
A) Customer can select a course and pay for it directly via PAYPAL on website and he will receive email with registration number.
B) Registration should automatically close or deactivate when maximum number has been reached
C) Customer should be able to pay via PAYPAL
5. Live streaming facility from website (optional)
6. We should be able to make the updates ourselves via admin panel on following sections:
A) Programme
B) Schedule
C) Venue
D) speakers
7. all pages will be in flash for smooth and seamless transition
