We are looking for someone to design and build an app for the iPhone.

It is predominantly a data entry app, where the user is able to add and amend information, small things such as dates or reference numbers/telephone numbers.

We are also looking for the app to be able to, either independently or use the calendar to set reminders or alerts for yearly renewals.

We would also like the app to be able to store photos or pull them from the camera roll, and store within the app itself.

The whole app has around 10 pages that are interlinked with a menu heading to each page, with the potential for the user to add new pages if necessary.

I have some basic screen shots of how the app should look, there are no real graphics/sound and it will probably be in the utilities Category in the app store.

We are looking for simplicity and for it to be easy to navigate between the pages.
