I will try to explain the project clearly by examples.

1 - User installed the application.

2 - User may take an instant photo and send it to server through the application. (These photos will be moderated by me from web server)

3 - After i approve, other users will see that photo.

4 - They make comments to the photo.

5 - Rest of the users will rate these comments. They will give points or stars to the comments.

6 - Users will have comment rank's near their username like stevie(intelligent) or stelive(*****) or something like that..

For example,

you send a photo to the application.
Other users will see that photo (every user will see a random photo when they open the application, they will make comment, or rank a comment, click next, and see the next photo)...

So, you sent a photo..

i make a comment

"my" comment is ranked by other users many times... many people liked my comment... For example, 4 people gave 5 stars for my comment.. This will improve "my" own rank... this rank may have a unique name, maybe brainmeter or something like that in the first example. (intelligent.. etc)

You sent photo, i made comment, people liked my comment, they ranked my comment and my brainmeter(rank) is high now.. i think its pretty simple up to now.

Last thing is:

you are surfing through the photos and reading the comments;

You "liked" a comment a lot...

Then you click on that comment, you see "who" made that comment..

And if owner of the comment set "yes" in options (if he or she allowed), you can see the user's msn messenger, or email etc..

Other option: The user may search other users but only one time in a day.

Search will be made due to : Male / Female and Rank

You may be able to say, "Find me an intelligent Male" etc... but once a day...

Software have to be accepted in app store and further development will continue with you permenantly with its price.

Asp.net server will be better for me.
