We are looking for somebody to build out a mobile website for displaying our content on iPhone and Android. This would include recreating the video/photo viewer we have implemented in flash using HTML5 and laying out the content for mobile devices.

Related skills needed:
- PHP
- Familiarity with the HTML5 video tag
- CSS layout for mobile devices (iphone and android)
