We are looking for a programmer that would be able to build a web app on top of the MetaTrader 4 Manager API.

The app needs to be able to read data from MT4 manager and than allow tagging the traders in the database, assigning them parameters and showing and exporting their trades.
It also needs to be able to crate a limited access to different users just for certain tags and showing summaries of items under those tags (calculate commissions for traders and IBs)

It will be an internal system so there is no need for the features that customer oriented web apps have.
