Hi,

I need to create a simple utility app that functions as a ghost scanner, which will fake scan for ghost more, which I will tell the winner of this job more in detail. This project is easy but I want it to be very polished. I need a very talented programmer who has released iphone apps before. I have done a video explaining the concept of the scanner app also. There will be sound involved, or a beeping sound for the scanner. I would like to use the iphone light as a prop with the scanner, and maybe the camera function. I would like this to be on the iphone and the ipad. If you can do the graphic work also that's a plus. If not then I will hire a graphic artist also. Please give me the following:

1. Any design/programming you've done before on the iphone.
2. Links to your previous application in the itunes app store.
3. An ETA on how quick this simple app can be completed.

I'm looking for someone who is available to discuss the project details on Skype and finish their work in a timely manner. Future projects if the app is successful then I would be adding features and would be very interested in having you work on more projects.
