need you to make a GOOD app, that DOES NOT CRASH, made to be used on Iphone 4, Iphone 4s, Ipad 2 and Ipad 3. It will be a rating app. The user will be able to input the name of a building, and will be able to then choose from the categories present (i will make the categories, such as cleanliness, landlord attitude, neighborhood, etc) and will be able to rate with 1-5 stars each category and will be able to write in comments in the categories. Upon completion, you will hand over all the materials, interest, etc to me and I will be the SOLE owner of the app. The app will NEED to be sold on itunes.
