Project Scope : The Project is to build a Exhibition QR code Data capture system. Broadly the software will contain Following Features / Modules : Build Web based Application to Create and Read QR codes Brides registers for the show at the registration desk using a computer/kiosk (using the signup form) After form is submitted a QR code is printed immediately ( embedding their contact info from the form). Brides take a print out of a QR code (containing all their contact info from the form embedded in QR code) The QR code can be Printed in a LABLE form or one at a time A Unique Visitor Number will be Printed Below the QR code Bides visit each exhibitor at the show and if they like the exhibitor can scan their QR code
Build Exhibitor Module : Exhibitor Scans Q R Code Exibitor sees a Page with The scanned data inputted into a form field Exhibitor can type His Stall Number Or their email address to identify and add comments and save data Data gets saved to Central database. IF Exhibitor does not have a QR code, He can Type in the Unique ID of the QR code into a webpage in his admin Exhibitors register online and pay via paypal to access the data in their table. Exhibitors can Signup to download data For Exhibitors who do not have a QR code scanner they need to manually enter the code in their account when they log in. So
under each QR code there will be a unique number that can be entered by the vendor. When all data is entered the vendor can run a report to download the information.
