Simplified Description of Work

The job is to make a weixin site which will look similar to the attached pages.

It will pull in data from a mysql database on a cloud server and the database will be searchable on the criteria that are shown in the mock-up pages.
Search results can be viewed in a list view with pictires or a table view with pictures. The pictures will be tap-able links to a detail page for that item
The detail page will show all the pictures we have of that item and each picture can be tapped to reveal a larger image of itself (from a separate image file)
It will also enable viewers to reserve and discuss individual items on the database with the staff handling the inquiries from our site
This feature will (if it is a weixin site) use weixin to chat back and forth and maybe can use weixin to make payment ?
If it is an iphone app then it will call up weixin and start a chat
The currency will be able to be toggled by the user ie change USD/AUD/RMB/EURO
The whole site can be toggled English or Simplified Chinese language
Any better suggestions will be considered

About the database:
mysql format with links to two sets of image files which are classified as thumbnail size and full size
the image types (in the database) classified as:
thumbnail or fullsize
front or back of item
The image files are stored as png or jpg format and there will be an option for a gif or other small movie type file
the database is already in existence but is not deployed to any cloud server as yet.
Deployment to cloud server and setup is part of the job, from a supplied sql file.
