Attached are design specs and a flow chart depicting the database we want constructed. Please provide us with a rough price estimate by 10/5/09. We are not looking for a binding offer from you, nor are we looking for a firm price. We only want an approximate price, or a range of possible prices. If your price is within the "ballpark" of what is acceptable, we will contact you about providing a firm bid price.



The design spec details every aspect of the database, and was designed with a Delphi or C# programmer in mind. This however, is not a limitation, and if you feel you can complete the database in another language (SQL, VB, etc.) we would encourage you to bid.
