This project will involve creating a site to assist with user generated content moderation. A moderation service should be served via javascript much like google adsense or another ad network. This javascript can be embedded in any type of application (blog comments, etc). The javascript will load a moderation flagging tools (thumbs up, thumbs down, flag, report, etc). These tools should be able to be customized in appearance and size, much like an ad. If one of these is clicked it should send notification back to the system.
The data that is sent back to the system should be viewable by the moderators. The data will be organized by category (thumbs up, thumbs down, etc etc) and a count of how many times this was flagged should be displayed. The actual content itself (that is, the data that was flagged) should be recorded by the system and displayed for easy moderation. 
This system requires an admin account that can create subusers with different permissions. The analytics of this system should show which user moderated each post and record response times so we can monitor how well we are doing. 
An option to create multiple accounts with different pieces of javascript, analytics, and users should exist (because we have multiple sites).
