We want to offer a video message. Just open website with flash, recording from web cam and store to local hard disk until the users press "send". then will upload the movie to our webserver.
The reason to store local is, that we want to offer good quality independent from the bandwith.

Flash 10 or 9 is ok. Flex also. but not adope air, because then needs the user the runtime.
