We are creating a new template page for our website. This is mostly a graphic design project. The skeleton template page will be provided. The project include:

1. 10 banners (1000x165 pix)
2. Graphics (background images) and color schema for dropdown menus.
3. General color schema for a template page.

Deliverables:
1. Banners (psd and gif format)
2. CSS file for a 3 level dropdown menus ( psd and gifs for all graphics)
3. CSS file for a page template ( colors, font sizes for main elements)
