I'm looking for a web based music web site 2.0 (Jukebox) where users can listen to music for free, download the music for a fee, create custom channel, create playlists, categorize music based on genre, track preferences for anonymous users.  This website is targeted for Indian audience.
In a nutshell, I would like to have a site similar to raaga.com.

Technologies I prefer: Silverlight based ASP.net website backed up with a sql server database.
