I am looking for someone who can design me a Petition website quickly.



It should use wordpress and I already have a wordpress Theme (Design) installed, so there is not much in terms of design work that needs to be done.



The purpose of the website is to get users to sign an online petition for a certain cause. So each Page should have:



1) A Little info about the cause (I can write this up like a blog post from the admin panel). It should have a small write up and then should have a link for more information on the cause that will take them to a page with more info.



2) A sign up form to support the cause. This should also send an email to their inbox asking them to confirm their signup. On the admin panel, I should be able to view both confirmed and non-confirmed signups.

It should have a display on the petition page that displays the number of people who have signed up.



3) Comments just like wordpress comments.



4) Should have a viral sender (contact list importer, social network sender, social bookmarker etc) just like share this but it needs to be on my site and not a third part hosted service. There is an open source script that does this called openinviter.com But the layout is not very nice, I will need services to be sorted out and displayed separately like sharethis.com's form.

Also note that if a user send out a large list I do not want my servers to get bogged down, and hence I will need the outgoing emails to be lined up in a log and have a cron job executed to send out a certain amount of emails out every number of minutes. This is to spread out outgoing emails over a period of time.



The system should be setup to run multiple petitions independently of themselves. So from the admin panels I should be able to say start a new petition and these features should be duplicated for a new petition page.

I will also need the main logo of the site to change with every new petition setup.
