The required project should enhance an existing application by a picture upload feature as well as a webhosted and SQL Data backed Website for viewing and rating/commenting the uploaded images. Administrative access levels as well as report feedback to the sender will be included. The project therefore includes 2 separate elements:
a)       Uploading pictures from local clients to a website
b)       Website project that shows images in folder structure with different access and privilege level for evaluation and rating purposes
The project should be created with .NET (2.0/3.0) technology for the uploading client and .NET or Silverlight for the Website project. The website must be able to be hosted on typical webhosting services and must provide SQL server backend. All Web-Traffic must be done in secured protocol.
