**WE ARE LOOKING FOR  A TEAM, NOT AN INDIVIDUAL CODER **
The focus of this project is to create a unified platform for the creation and delivery of our Company’s next generation of products and upgrade existing product delivery platform ranging from Question & Answer product, currently available in either CBT software format or bounded book format to introducing online base Q&A and handheld. This project has 5 parts (sub Projects), which are related either by the database that holds repository of questions and/or photos or the share single Logon module and have similar look and feel. The different parts are: 1. Online Question and Answer submission 2. Q&A Production Manager Software 3. Q&A Delivery Application in the following formats: a. Cross-platform desktop-based Q&A software (Downloadable CBT) b. Cross-browser Q&A Web Application c. Handheld Q&A d. Book format 4. Online Photo Submission and Stock Photo Application 5. Animated specialized Sounds and images tutorial ("Sense It!") The existing Q&A software was created in Macromedia Director using MS Access as the database, which is not cross-platform and the platform is outdated. Even though our software is currently available via download or CD-ROM, it is not accessible to customers who are on the road or—in the case of CD—do not have the physical disc in their possession to use at a remote location. Thus the need for an online-based platform. Treat each sub-project as its own project, so you can provide time and cost for each subproject.  We plan to implement this project in Agile approach and require daily communication with the developers and not a middle man. Each sub-project will be implemented in phases, but we are looking for single company able to deliver every aspect of entire project.
