Looking for someone to create a dating/ranking site, something similar to a simple version of hotornot.com. The interface should be fairly simple, something along the lines of the twitter.com homepage, but with more dynamic ranking options (think comments made on facebook status updates). I want users to be able to upload pictures of potential dates (non-explicit) then have users rank or make suggestions on those pictures. There needs to be privacy settings, meaning users can decide who they want to share pictures with, similar to sharing google docs, and/or also similar to the concept of networks on facebook. Each user should have their own profile. Since it’s customer facing, this needs to be scalable, so experience with web services is high desirable, as I could possibly want to store uploaded pictures on rackspace or amazon web services. The domain name has been purchased.
