I am looking for someone or a company to build me a professional Small Business website. This should include the usual contact us page, profile page, about us page and some links to forms like registration forms, Questionnaires etc. It should be done in PHP, SQL and a few flash movies and banners. It will have a logo for the header and of course, a PROFESSIONAL and UNIQUE template to match. It's not going to be a big project as you can see.
