We need two things:

(1) We need a logo in vector format that very much as a web 2.0 style to it. We will need someone that is willing to provide many revisions to get this correct and deliver the final product in a vector.

(2) We would prefer to have the same designer use that logo to create two PSD pages of a website for which we will provide the wireframes for. We are looking for a design similar to:
