The person or team working on the wireframes should be able to come up with the following items :-
           A colour scheme that will be used throughout the whole site    

           A simple and straight forward navigation and look and feel

           Suggestions on how to improve the submitted wireframes

           A decent user experience

           The deliverables should be HTML, Javascript and CSS.   Note that the site will be using heavily the AJAX methodology

           Site should work on a vast range of browsers including IE (ver 6-8), Chrome, Safari (ver3+) and Safari

           Any relevant Images
