Need somebody who is familiar with RETs and FTP IDX data downloads using cron and Curl and creating a search engine for that data that will be in MyQL. WE have all PHP templates for the page layout and 95% of scripts for the pages. WE just need the data to work in current PHP templates. This will be for is a working site now using a different database. We will copy this to a new domain and use your new data. Our designers will do the rest

The RETS data can be accessed using the Mris RETS Conduit Client already installed and working on our servers.
