We need a HelpDesk solution. We have found HESK, which does 95% of what we want. The other 5% is likely to be unique to us so best to modify HESK!
HESK is a PHP/MySQL app. We need it to have TWO pages the user can enter into, at different URLs. One is for the initial configuration of the main product software (radio buttons of options) the other is free-form for experienced users. The resulting tickets all go into the same database and are handled identically.
I need good documentation, so I can replicate if and when HESK is updated.
The HESK owner doesnt do customisation.
