Perl script that loads a CSV file to get a list of websites (up to 5000) to monitor.



It will also create 2 CSV files:



1) up to date list of websites that are down and how long they have been down

2) log file that lists when websites appear to be down, and when they are back up



The script should also have an ability to throttle the speed of how many websites are checked each minute and go in round-robin through the list.
