- consistent, attractive color theme

- Large fonts

- Nice use of drop shadows, scripting and animations.

- Tabs are simple and don't take up a lot of space



- Deliverables from the designer include:

- Design proposals, we will pick one and move forward

- New CSS, slices, etc. basically everything I need to build the site
