I need an author directory built for my site.

What I need built is:
A searchable children's/YA author tour and event listing

Where authors/publishers can sign up and input their info themselves (and also delete info) of their author events/tours,

And where site visitors can search and sort by:
-date
-city
-author name
-genre--YA (young adult author); MG (middle grade author); PB (picture book author, and picture book illustrator);
-country (US, Canada, and UK, primarily, and the rest as international);
-MAYBE also by publisher.


I also want people to be able to sign up for notification of new author listings (and closer to the time the events are, too), based on the author, city, etc. I do NOT want to have to do any of that work; I'm hoping it can be an automatic notification somehow programmed in based on criteria.

I'm also hoping that the events will show up on that home page organized by date. And that it will all look like my site, fit in with my color scheme, etc, and I can have my links and website header at the top.

I'm hoping to find someone not too expensive.
