We are a small company that does ERP Consulting / Staffing.

We need someone that is very creative and doesn't need to be told everything to do. We want to be able to give you the ideas of what we want and you come up with the best way for it to look and design it.

We already have a logo that we are going to use.

We want someone that has already created at least 1 site for a consulting/services company.

I think we want to use a CMS system because we want to be able to dynamically change case studies / white papers on the site.
