I'm launching a new Internet marketing website and I need a quality graphic-based design developed for me. It's a membership site that will offer multiple Internet marketing tools to members.

I'll need a layout, button template (for form submissions--plenty of forms on the site, so a good, basic graphical button template that I can easily edit, e.g. text and width, if fine), and a miscellaneous host of icons and images for the various pages and features on the site.

Here are a couple of example sites. Please note that if you cannot meet and/or exceed the quality at these sites, do NOT bid. This project is not for beginners or people still getting their feet wet. I need an experienced designer on this.

For the most part, you'll only need to provide me with a template (probably up to 3 templates--home, general page, and maybe one more), and I'll take it from there. It'll be nice if you have access to a high quality icon sets, e.g. http://www.professional-icons.com/stock-icon-sets.aspx or http://www.iconshock.com (or possibly some of the free high quality icon sites)

I'll require the final files in layered PSDs NOT in folders (so I can edit through Photoshop Elements), and I don't want to be nickle and dimed for every individual graphic I need; although I'll understand having to pay extra for excessive needs.

If you do a great job (and I'm sure you will), I'll use you on multiple projects in the future, so there's potential here for a long-term relationship.
