What will the tool do. This tool will look at incoming email and look at the links of those emails. It will then click on the links on the emails and record all redirect urls and finial landing page. The program which emails will be coming into is open for recommendation
I am think it should be outlook or some other desktop base program for checking pop3 emails. We will go with email program which you are familiar with or is easy to code for you.
