We sell online. The new customers get a fidelity card with a code (2letters for the country and numbers). When they buy they get points. They can get free points depending on the method of payment they choose or for being member of associated clubs or else.

We need to put this data on a MySQL. Have 1 php page so we can add new customers. Have 1 php page to add points (with some little calculations in), send a .pdf by mail with a short descriptions of the new point situation when they buy. We need also some little features to add free points at the customer's birthday or double points for a period in case he invites a new buying customer.
