Need to load CGM files into existing commercial viewer app through conversion to tiff.



Need to have source code so that bugs and features can be fixed/added as needed.



Job will include a small fixed set of test CGM files to convert.  After that any additional functionality will mean additonal work/pay.



We will be the sole owner of the source code.



Please bid on the deliverable of C or C++ source code project that will load and render our test suite of CGM files to corresponding .tif files.  GUI or CLI fine.  (prefer MS Visual Studio but not required)
