We are looking for a programmer to clone the functionality of a vacation rental by owner website for a single resort area. I represent a group vacation rental owners and we would like a site developed to allow each owner access to their listings to edit an update.

We would like to host the site using our yahoo small biz account. We have a url established but need the site and data bases built out. We would consider another hosting arrangement if required.

The example site is hiltonheadreanter dot com. We will provide stock photos, text and logos for the home page and general info pages.
