Hi, I need a custom wordpress theme developed under the following outline:

Design of header/logo is not needed.

Design and programming of theme is needed. This is just an outline of where each section should be and NOT the actual file from which you will slice the theme. Color theme should be similar to http://nytimes.com/

This is going to be a News theme.

Should be compatible with 2.8+ WP versions,
Should have an ad-management section under the theme settings

Widgets and open-source plugins should be used to achieve the slideshow and fixed images for the featured sections.

SEO friendly and SEO widgetized.

Compatible with Internet Explorer 6, 7 and 8, Firefox, Safari and Chrome. NO Tables, just nice, clean CSS. Wp installation not needed. All account info and FTP info will be provided for development and testing.
