Scope: I am looking for a simple yet sophisticated 8 page website to be designed for a DME ( Durable Medical Equipment ) Company, specializing in Home Health Care . I will provide all copy.



Audience: Home health care customers (some will be web savvy, others not), Occupational Nurses



Design Requirements:



We have a domain name, logo, corporate colors and general look & feel which has been established in a brochure that will be provided as a pdf. We are looking for a fast-loading, clean, modern-looking, easy to navigate informational site (no flash or e-commerce).


Designer may use some of the images in the brochure as well as new images.


I would like to be able to make edits to the content/images as products, etc. change. Additionally, I would like to have a blog set up within the site that I would maintain myself as well as a basic template page designed so that I can just add content if we need to add a page in the future.


All page elements must follow the same theme and fit together seamlessly


Site should be search engine friendly - we would like Braxten to come up when people search for oxygen, back pain, compression stockings, etc. in the area


If possible, we would like to be able to see basic metrics on who visited the site, how long they stayed on each page, etc.


Designer will provide a hard copy of all files associated with the design on CD or DVD - upon payment.


Designer will upload site to hosting company
