We have a site - besttrafficstore.com that was created from a software package that no longer is being supported. What is unique about it - when someone places an order for traffic it creates a track-able link that tracks the hits that the site gets..

For example:
This site here places an order on our site.
http://www.horizoncircle.com

The script / site then assigns this link to the site:
http://www.besttrafficstore.com/adserver/campaign.php?ID=174

It uses mysql to record / track the links..

We want a new site based on this code that will allow customization. The customization is required for the packages that are order by the end user.

Example on the current site. If you go to this page it will show you the prices and a way to order this service:
http://www.besttrafficstore.com/order29ba.html?service=2

We want to be able to change prices for each package; We want to be able to add new services and we want the ability to be able to add monthly reoccurring plans.

The site is also currently tied to PayPal only. We want to stop using PayPal and use something like a go2checkout or other full blown checkout package.
